  1. REMOTE JOBS TRENDS IN 2021: HIGHLIGHTS Remote jobs have been a part of work culture for a long time and have made its presence kind of permanent now. There were a lot of trends noticed in 2021 and this presents a summary of those remote work trends. Many more companies have allowed their employees to work from home either permanently or have started following the hybrid pattern, which combines both in-office jobs and remote working. Below are some of the highlights of the remote jobs trends in 2021. 1. Demand for more jobs Remote jobs have been in the culture for Coronavirus, remote jobs have simply dominated the work culture. Majority of companies prefer giving remote jobs and a majority of workers are looking for a remote job. The trend has somewhat gained momentum in 2021 and is expected to continue further in 2022 and beyond. People are not only getting comfortable with the idea of remote work but also willing to have a remote work in order to enjoy the perks.
