  1. CIVILS STRATEGY WELCOME TO CIVILS STRATEGY.COM Civils strategy invokes the various plans and strategies for the preparation and examination for civil examinations. There are large number of candidates apply for the examination but very few aspirants can only clear that. For most aspirants, a complete training and orientation program, through one of the two available methods of online or classroom installation, becomes essential to have the opportunity to successfully navigate the prerequisites to access the IAS program. The Civils strategy focuses primarily on the aspirants to provide strategies for qualifying the UPSC exam. With the tricks of these strategies, aspirants improve their career success. CHIEF OF DEFENCE STAFF •CDS will act as chief military adviser to the Minister of Defense and also as permanent chairman of the chief of staff (COSC) committee. •The CDS will also head the Department of Military Affairs (DMA), which will be created at the Ministry of Defense, and will act as Secretary. The armed forces will be submitted to the DMA

CIVILS STRATEGY •CDS will take care of the solidity of operations, logistics, transportation, training, support services, communications, repairs and maintenance etc. Of the three services, within three years of the first assignment of the CDS. •CDS will be a member of the Defense Acquisition Council chaired by RakshaMantri and a Defense Planning Committee chaired by the NSA. •The CD will also act as military adviser to the Nuclear Command Authority chaired by the Prime Minister. •CDS will be a four-star rank of General, with salary and searches equivalent to a head of service. •CDS will not exercise any military command, even over the three heads of service, so that they can provide impartial advice to political leadership. •CDS would fall under the “Right to Information Act”, in accordance with the provisions of the RTI law, 2005. •CDS will also evaluate plans “for” Contingency Out of Area “, as well as other contingencies such as Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR). •For more info: http://www.civilsstrategy.com/
