  2. Introduction1. You could save files on one spot on internet with google documents2. It allows full control for someone to access3. Quick way to share documents4. Avoids people to have copy of the documents5. Needs to have an Gmail Account

  3. This is an Example of an saved files on google documents.

  4. The full control of who can access or not is given to the account owner.

  5. By clicking the share button, you could send a link about file to people in a few minutes.

  6. If someone sent a attached file by email, every people who received would have the copy of the file. For some people that is an problem.
