  3. Executive Committee Update • Working on three year strategic plan required for our non-profit status • Final plan will serve as foundation for future actions and decisions

  5. Events Committee Update • Formal approval of partnership with Genesee Valley Chapter of SHRM • BNHRA/UTRA have links to each other’s website; working to do same with Genesee Valley • Working on college relationships

  6. Events Committee Update • One remaining WorldatWork certification course in 2011 at the Sheraton At The Falls (former Crowne Plaza) • C1 Regulatory Environments for Compensation Programs - September 19th - 20th; 4 signed up so far • 5% discount offered UTRA members

  7. Events Committee Update • Approved to sponsor two certification courses in 2012 based on your feedback • C2 Job Analysis, Documentation and Evaluation • T1 – Total Rewards Management • 5% discount offered UTRA members

Events Committee Update • Sponsoring Sales Compensation Design – Developing Incentive Plans that Work • One day seminar with David Cichelli of the Alexander Group as speaker • October 3rd at The Sheraton at The Falls • Seminar designed for those designing, implementing and administering sales compensation programs • 5% discount offered UTRA members
