When a filter is not able to convert that file due to some error on Mac, Chromebook, Windows, Ubuntu, etc. that error is known as “Filter Failed error” in HP. ReInstall the Printer’s Driver Follow the below instructions to reinstall printer’s driver Navigate to System Information. Now select printers and scanners. You will find the list of printers installed. Remove the HP printer from the list. Now, add your HP printer again. Download the latest HP printer driver and install it. Enable Share Option To Connect your printer and system you need to enable the share option. To enable the share option you need to navigate the system setting of your Windows PC/Laptop. Follow the steps to do that: Navigate to the “Control Panel” from the “Start” menu. Open the “System Settings”. Select the Sharing option. Now enter the name of your printer to connect.
