  2. Introduction -My apartment criteria: cheap, close to home, relatively small but large enough to have family over. -Area: Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania -Price range: $300-$1000 -Roommates planned: 3

  3. Apartment chosen • 114 Painter’s Crossing, Chadds Ford PA • Condominium, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. 1138 square feet. • Picked it because it’s close to home • Good quality, I know other people living at the residences there • Convenient location: near route 1 and 202 intersection and my house

  4. How I Will Pay • I will pay for this apartment by having 3 roommates that will split the $1300 rent 4 ways. • $333/month + utilities, food, etc: Roughly ~$425 dollars. • Security deposit and utilities will be paid for by all 4 tenants.

  5. Roommates • Three roommates: four people total • Rent and utilities evenly split four ways monthly • Security deposit divided as well

  6. Furnishing • Each tenant will pay to furnish the bedroom furniture that they need. • Refrigerator, washer, dryer, stove and other necessary utilities included in rent. • TV and electronics needed will be evenly split in price.

  7. How I Will Fulfill My Obligation as a Tenant and Maintain Premises • Not throwing parties on the property • Taking care to keep the apartment clean • Abiding by clauses in the lease • Being respectful of the landlord’s property • Make my monthly payments on time and notify the landlord of any problems that occur.
