What it is • a deliverable requested by the EC at the end of the project • an official statement of the results achieved by the partners • a statistical document for the EC to report the ‘success’ of its programs • a means of communication of the project achievements (the public part of the TIP) EuroPa Plenary Meeting Paris

What it contains: • Project summary (original research objectives, expected deliverables, project's actual outcome, dissemination and use intentions for the expected outputs) • List of partners • Quantified data (e.g. number of new products, services, methods, scientific breakthroughs, EU regulations etc.) • European interest achieved by the project • Expected project impact (e.g. improved scientific and technological quality, improved education, employment etc.) • Results overview (description, type, owners) EuroPa Plenary Meeting Paris

  4. Type of results • 'Type A' results are widely available for use by others outside the project consortium (full information for publication must be provided) • 'Type B' results are used exclusively by the project partners so no-one else can use them. • 'Type C' results are only used where a project has failed to achieve anything, or perhaps was never intended to produce exploitable results as it had some other special purpose. Results • Title and category • Partners who own the results To be completed by the designated partner: • Contact person • Summary • Subject descriptors (5 characteristic subjects out of a list) • Documents • Intellectual Property Rights (patents etc.) • Application Sector • Current stage of development • Quantified data about the result (e.g. number of publications) • Further collaboration, dissemination and use of the result EuroPa Plenary Meeting Paris

  6. Personal exploitation plan • Confidential section to be completed by each partner with respect to the results he owns • Contains: • Title and brief description of result • Timetable of the use and dissemination activities within the next 3 years after the end of the project • Foreseen collaborations with other entities • Quantified data about the result EuroPa Plenary Meeting Paris

  7. How and When? • to be submitted online via a web interface (eTIP) at • http://etip.cordis.lu • no later than 2 months after the end of the project funding period EuroPa Plenary Meeting Paris
