Deliverables How we were able to help the ZimbaDoser team: Approximate market size Provide background research to aid expansion plans and partnership Analyzed user base and provided approaches to understand users’ need in India Provided alternate revenue generating ideas Designed a performance measurement system Any questions about deliverables, we would be happy to answer during Q&A

  9. Lessons Learned Everyone has specialized training to offer Many Olin ideation processes can be adopted to this project Best experiences are from discussions that this project facilitated

  10. Program for next year Huge success this year! What we would like to change: Not just research (sitting on computers) Letting professors know that we are here Working on a closer-to-home project Less burden on the coordinators

Plan for next year Student run, with more lead time for coordinators Ideas for projects: Product development Consulting for a localstart-up or NGO Consulting for a green energy start up or NGO that is not local Designing something for the three schools Improving something in the community Continuing to work with the ZimbaDoser team

  12. Why the program should endure Allows students to get to know individuals from each college Able to work on something that maters Learning how to work with people with different backgrounds Exploring topics that are not typically covered in school
