Investigation of Novel Gram-Negative Bacterial Strains and Their Genetic Features
This study focuses on various Gram-negative bacterial strains, including Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas putida, Sphingomonas paucimobilis, Agrobacterium tumefaciens, Rhizobium meliloti, and Rhodobacter sphaeroides. We specifically analyze the genetic features associated with strain STM4305 (dmsA), STM4315 (rtsA), and STM4319 (phoN) in the context of their metabolic capabilities and ecological roles. Insights from this research may contribute to biotechnological applications and the understanding of microbial interactions in diverse environments.
