  2. PROGAMME. DAY 1 ( 1st March 2013) Dr Toby Halls GradDipPhys, PhD(PCL) Dr Toby Halls born in 1962 and graduated in 1985 from Polytechnic Associateship In Physiotherapy. Sheffield City Polytechnic England (with distinction) Did his Postgraduate Diploma In Manipulative Therapy (with distinction from Curtin University) in 1990 and his Masters in 1996 and Doctor Of Philosophy (Curtin University) He was awarded Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist in 2007. Currently he is the Director of Manual Concepts – A business entity which was established and developed by Kim Robinson and himself. He is also principle lecturers for courses and clinical workshops conducted by Manual Concepts in Australia and many other countries. He has a string of publications to his name and has published books and book chapters. His special interest is in mobilisation and manipulations. He lectures in many university in Australia and is also Member of the International Advisory Board for Manual Therapy Journal and Associate-editor of the Journal of Manual & Manipulative Therapy DAY 2 ( 2ND March 2013)
