Are you faithful in what is least on the job? • Man Created To Work – Genesis 2:15; Ecclesiastes 5:12 • Without Work Would Become Idle & Troublemakers- Matthew 20:1-15; 1 Thessalonians 4:11; 2 Thessalonians 3:11; 1 Timothy 5:13; Ezekiel 16:49 • Work Establishes Ethical Basis for Property Ownership- Ephesians 4:28; 2 Thessalonians 3:12; 1 Thessalonians 4:12

Are you faithful in what is least on the job? • When another man’s servant must be faithful- 1 Corinthians 4:2; Ephesians 6:5-8; Colossians 3:22-25; Titus 2:9,10 • God expects us to earn our wage – Job 7:1,2; 14:1; Matthew Chapter 20 • Expects us to be satisfied with our wages- Matthew 20:12; Luke 3:14 • Cannot be like Unjust Steward – Luke 16:3 • Are you trustworthy in small responsibilities?

  5. Are you faithful in what is least at home? • Are you building or destroying trust between you and your parents? • Do you lie to them? Proverbs 14:5 • Are your obedient? Jeremiah 21:14; Ephesians 6:1 • Are you diligent to cooperate in their desires? Galatians 4:1,2 • Things that will constitute a man a “wise son” – Proverbs 10:1; 15:20; 19:13; 27:11; 29:3

Are you faithful in what is least in your relationships? • Friends are careful to keep confidences- Proverbs 17:9; 11:13 • Friends are not fickle - Proverbs 17:17; 25:17; 27:10 • Friends are truthful – Proverbs 27:6,9,17,19 • Friends stick with you in trouble – Proverbs 17:17; Job 6:14; Psalm 41:9 • Friends are forgiving – Proverbs 17:9

  7. Are you faithful in what is least in your relationships? • Wonder why you do not have any friends? Proverbs 18:24 • Friendships require mutual trust – Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 • Are you the kind of person with which others will “walk through the fire?” Daniel 3:21

  8. Are you faithful in what is least in the church? • Elders – 1 Timothy 3:1-7 • Deacons – 1 Timothy 3:8-10 • Saints – 2 Corinthians 2:9; 8:8,24; 13:5; Galatians 6:3,4 • Our Attendance – Hebrews 10:25 • Our Giving – 2 Corinthians 9:6,7 • Random acts of kindness- Colossians 3:12-14

Greatness comes through the small things • Matthew 18:4 “humbles himself as this little child is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.” • Matthew 23:11,12 “greatest among you shall be your servant” • What are you doing with the opportunities you have today to prove your fitness for service? • Are you squandering them by your faithlessness?

  10. Faithfulness in the least determines eternity’s outcome • Jesus cast aside the One Talent Man- Matthew 25:30 • Jesus will give us eternal treasure when we complete our stewardship to Him- Luke 16:11,12 • Are you squandering them by your faithlessness?

  11. Have you been faithful in what is least? • Faithful Worker? • Faithful Child? • Faithful Friend? • Faithful Member of Local Church? • IF not, NOW is the TIME TO BEGIN!
