OUR JOBS CONTROLS TECHNOLOGIST PLC/ HMI programming Electrical design, including the updating of electrical drawings Responsible for database management (New, improvements or changes) Responsible for network management and maintenance Responsible for maintaining peripheral equipment – scanners, cameras etc. Lead and/or support capital projects and other uni-functional and cross-functional priorities - Integrate automation with existing and new systems

  4. ELECTRICIAN Automated system programming, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Preventative and predictive maintenance of paint and assembly equipment Repair of paint and assembly equipment Update, verify and maintain electrical schematics Assist in maintaining programming, electrical component and schematics standards Implement continuous improvement initiatives Maintain 5S standards Completion of all required work orders and associated documentation

MILLWRIGHT Routine preventative maintenance inspections, adjustment and troubleshooting Planned and unplanned maintenance repairs, including an overhaul Report equipment issues, unsafe or unusual conditions, and spillage immediately to supervision Maintain good housekeeping of all shop and work areas Work order time entry and completion All other activities as assigned by the Mill Supervisor

ASSEMBLER Ensure that all heater element parts received are correct to given specifications or blueprint; Position and attach hardware, such as element, stake, and/or wind element to the component as per Job Instruction Sheet; Prepare part for the brazing process or plasma spraying as per product requirements; Aerosol seal to exclude moisture, add wires, assemble ceramics, seals, and the terminal end cap; Identify assembled component and etch information as required on the product as per JIS; Conduct multiple inspections (3-way, heat, alcohol, etc) to verify compliance of assembled component to the applicable part lists, blueprints, test sheets and JIS

DISPATCHER Releasing Orders to Shipping Management Outbound Co-ordinating with Day Shift Shipping Department to Prioritize Picking Assignments and identifying production shortages to production staff Prioritizing and Dispatching Pick Lists to pickers Assisting pickers with any issues regarding RF scanner during pick process Investigating and resolving any inventory discrepancies addressed by shippers (no stocks, curtail picks) Identifying and resolving any order entry issues as they arise (e.g. pick qty’s, TRACKS, booking/scheduling) regarding picking/shipping
