Oversee all aspects of the successful installation of aluminium windows, doors in mid-rise and hi rise projects within the greater GTA Assist in the development and maintenance of preconstruction, construction, and closeout execution plans Assist in reviewing project drawings and specifications to gain a full understanding of project scope, client goals and expectations, and resource requirements for each phase of the Project Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, durations, and sequencing Logic Oversee the activities and performance of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements Manage service work activities Manage client interaction and promote positive relationships PROJECT SITE SUPERVISOR

MATERIALS MANAGER Education: Post-Secondary school diploma or degree in Materials Logistics, Business, related technical field or equivalent experience Experience: 5 years of experience in Materials and Logistics in an automotive manufacturing Environment Skills: Organizational and time management skills Strong leadership and both verbal and Written communication skills Mathematical aptitude, computer skills it Training: Training requirements and courses will be specified in the training matrix. Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, including but not limited to all requirements outlined in Sections 25, 26, 27 and 28.

8. MILLWRIGHT • Responsible for the daily maintenance of all mechanical functions in the plant, ensuring preventative maintenance is completed all while minimizing downtime and keeping production running. • Perform routine, scheduled preventative maintenance on plant equipment. Activities include lubrication, adjustment, minor repair, and the logging of those activities performed on plant production equipment, building support equipment, and material handling equipment. • Perform scheduled downtime repair and overhaul of plant equipment. • Perform installations as necessary. • Accurately and quickly diagnose breakdowns and perform the necessary work to prevent downtime or return the plant to production. • Ensure that all activities are properly logged and that requisitions for the replacement of all materials used are generated and forwarded to the maintenance department tools and equipment. • Provides and is responsible for all own tools. • Is available to work flexible hours and/ or overtime including weekends, stat holidays, and plant shutdown.
