LEAD HAND - PRODUCTION Contributes to a healthy work environment, while maintaining high food safety and health and safety standards Oversees and directs the daily work in support of the Production Supervisor Champions and upholds department standards as a role model for other employees Ensure all equipment is operating properly, takes appropriate actions to correct any issues Where needed, perform general labour tasks on the production line Take action to correct any issues and to make improvements Leads the department to meet targets and goals while maintaining a healthy and safe work environment Maintains productivity the meets/exceeds standards Dedicated to creating a high-quality product that consistently meets product specifications OUR JOBS

MIXERS Essential Functions: Ensure proper ingredients and spice are available for the production recipe Responsible for following proper stages during the mixing process Follow the recipe for adding ingredients Responsible for delivering to the depositor box After emptying the mixing bowl remove it and take it to the washing room All other duties as may be assigned from time to time Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 1 – 3 years of experience as a mixer (preferably in manufacturing) Good command of English – written and verbal

  5. MACHINE OPERATORS Performs assignments in accordance with established safety policies and procedures. Adheres to the Quality Policy, including all items assigned to this position in accordance with SQF policies, procedures, and work instructions. Complies with the GMP rules and standards set. Refers to procedural instructions appropriate for each job, function or assignment before commencing work. Performs any specified quality assurance checks designated for each job, function or assignment. Ability to follow work rules, work independently, be flexible and be willing to perform a variety of jobs. Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned work sites. Assures that all work assigned to the position is performed in accordance with specifications, instructions and requirements.

MUDDING AND TAPPING Apply paper or fiberglass tape over the joints between pieces of installed drywall Filling the any opening or holes with drywall compound Prepare panels for painting by taping or finishing joints Fasten drywall panels to the inside framework of modules Responsible for shop upkeep Assisting with document control You are able to perform manual labour and lift up to 25 kilograms Comfortable working indoors in dusty, and shop conditions Strong attention to detail, basic math skills and knowledge of basic hand tools and automated machinery and proper use Working at Heights and safety training would be an asset Previous mudding, taping and drywall experience required
