PROGRAMME • TODAY • (0905 - 0950) Introduction to our local communities • and the region where you live • (0955 - 1020) Introduction to NATO, the SHAPE Community and • HSG, and Morale, Welfare, Chaplaincy and Recreation Support • (1020 - 1050) Welcome reception – meet and greet (food and • beverages) • (1050 – 1200) Health support and services, Central Processing • Branch (housing, in-processing, customs and VAT), SHAPE International School and Youth Services

PROGRAMME • TOMORROW • (0930 – 1200) Bus tour of Mons area and in the city of Mons • (Departing from SHAPE Club car park – sign up) • (1200- 1300) Welcome reception in the town hall of Mons • and free time • (1315-1330) Depart Mons and Return to SHAPE • We need your FEEDBACK! – Please • Complete feedback forms for each day.
