  2. Compressor does not run Problem Diagnostics/Troubleshooting • Oil temperature too high • Oil level too low • No power to clutch • Drive belt broken • Bad clutch ground • Open clutch stator windings • Park brake not engaged

  6. Problem Diagnostics/Troubleshooting System over pressurizing Pressure control line plugged or frozen Inlet valve not closing or faulty seat Pressure relief valve is defective Regulator or passage plugged

Problem Diagnostics/Troubleshooting Excessive oil in the air Scavenge oil return connection • Failed or clogged coalescing separator element • Blocked scavenge line screen or tube. • Excessive oil level (overfilled) • Compressor turned off while running at high speed with air being discharged • Reversed discharge lines System pressure connection Clean air discharge Air/oil mist enters here from separator tank Scavenge Tube Scavenge Screen
