Enterprises, offering best crown & space control products that are effective in cordoning, barricading and queuing. Most often used at places like Airports, Retail chain checkout counters, Hotel lobbies IT Companies, Hospitals, and Banks etc. for effective queuing and crowd management. We have designed Q-Manager® products with stringent quality norms and global benchmarks using high grade, premium quality raw materials for manufacturing our products with latest technologies and processes. Q- What is Crowd Manager?  Crowd manager is more commonly referred to as Q- Manager® in India. It is known by different names around the world and is used for crowd controlling to avoid disorder and disarray. Chrome is a finish that is applied over mild steel. Both chrome and stainless steel have virtually the same look. Q. How durable is Retraction Spring Mechanism of Queue Managers?

Q- Is Q-Manager® suitable for outdoor usage? Our products are best suited for both outdoor and indoor use, except our chrome products, which are suitable for indoor usage only. Q- Can we get our company’s logo printed on Q-Manager® Belts? Yes, we offer customized digital printing and screen printing in single and multi-color for branding options on Q- Manager® Belts. Q- What is the base Diameter? The diameter of the base is approx. 14” Q- What is the Grade of Stainless Steel used in Q-Manager®? We use AUS J4 Steel Grade, but we also provide 304 grade stainless steel, on request Q- What is the warranty of Q-Manager? We provide 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. In case the belt or the spring in the barrier head breaks down. Q- What is the length of Belt/Rope/Chain? Belt length is 2.25 meter, Chain length is 5 feet, and Rope Length is 5 feet. We can also provide custom length of belt/rope/chain on request. Q- What is the Height of Post? Post height is 1 meter aprox. Q- Can we extend the Belt 4 ways? Q-Manager cassette has 3 receiving and 1 extension end for 4-way connectivity Q- What is the tube thickness? Tube comes in a standard thickness of 1.2mm. Other thicknesses are available on request. Q- Can the Q-Manager® Cassette be re- conditioned? Yes it can be re- conditioned, like replacing spring Belt, etc. Q-Manager offers interesting AMC’s to our customers for long lasting life of the products, for details please contact our customer service desk. Q- What all color Belts/Ropes are available? We offer customized color schemes in digital and silk screen printing. In solid hues we have Royal Blue, Jet Blue, Navy Blue, Red, Black, Orange, Florescent Yellow, Golden Yellow, Purple, Green, maroon, Grey and Brown, Hazardous (yellow/black). Ropes are available in Maroon, Red, Blue and Black hues.

Q- What is the weight of the post? Weight is Aprox. 8-10kg for all the posts except double belt retractable posts which weigh 12kg approx.  Q- How to place an order? We offer a variety of ways to order Q-Manager® products. Please read from our options below: oVia Phone: Orders can be place by calling our Customer support desk hotline no- +91-11-47002501-04. Our representative would confirm your order and an order confirmation Email would be sent to your email id provided for approval / processing. oVia Fax: Customers with active accounts and terms can submit a Purchase Order via Fax to +91 11 47002505. All Purchase orders must have accurate payment terms, freight terms, code number, descriptions, and pricing. Please include the billing and shipping address. oOnline Options: Orders can be placed from our website www.q-manager.com or through our distributers. You can also find us on search engines such as Google, Bing, etc. oVia E-mail: Products can also be ordered via E-mail marked to info@q-manager.com for processing. Q- What are your standard lead times for delivery? We ship most orders within a week. However, as a company policy all PO’s or order must mention standard shipment within 4 weeks. You can contact us for the specific lead time or your order via our hotline no- +91-11- 47002501-04 or track it online using the freight partners with the docket no provided along with your Invoice copy. Q- Do you have a minimum order requirement? Flexibility in orders is what we value and we treat all the customers as preferred customer. Q- Can an order be expedited/ rushed? Yes, taking into consideration product availability + complexity some items/orders may have an expedite option. Expedite is not a guaranteed option and is done as ‘Request only’ Orders. Please keep in mind expedite may not be same or one day processing however when approved will be less than standard lead-time. Additional fees will apply where we are able to accommodate for shortened lead-times and may be subject to additional processing charges are based on order size and value. Please call for a quote. Q- What is the procedure for customizing products? We are proud of our engineers and experts who can customize the product to meet your specific demands and customization based on your requirements.   4. Q- What are your freight terms? All prices are inclusive of doorstep delivery charges to customer’s site by Road Transportation in India. Waybill and octroi / permits (if any) are provided/ borne by the customer (wherever applicable). Q- Do you ship internationally? Yes, being a Global company, we ship our products pan India and oversees from either our Delhi or Parwanoo location. We ship out products to our well satisfied customer base in the Middle East, South East, Far East and European continents. We ship by LCL & FCL by Sea Freight, Air Freight, and by International Courier Services too. There would be additional costing in shipping to International locations, which could vary depending on factors like tax, import export duty etc. Q- Is freight included in the order total? Domestic freight by surface transportation is included in our prices. For International orders, extra air freight, and courier delivery charges apply.  Payments/Billing Q- What are your accepted payment modes? We accept payments via DD, Cheque, and Electronic Transfer/Cash/Bank Transfer. We provide our bank /IFSC details upon request. Q- My Company is tax exempted; what do I need to do? Please fax or e-mail your exemption letter to the Customer Service Department at F: 011-47002505 along with your PO no. or you may e-mail us at info@q-manager.com or please contact our Customer Service Desk on the hotline numbers. Q- What are the payment terms? Payment Terms: 100% Advance. Q- When do invoices go out? Our invoices usually go out with the shipment or on the next working day. Q- How do I get an additional invoice copy? You can e-mail your request to the Customer Service Department on info@q-manager.com and a copy will be sent out to you within 24 hours. Q- How do I get a statement of my account? You can e-mail your request to the Customer Service Department on info@q-manager.com and a copy will be sent out to you within 24 hours. Q- I did not get an invoice with my order. What should I do?

  5. All the products are delivered with an invoice. In case you did not get an invoice along with your delivered item, please contact our Customer Service department on the hotline numbers or e-mail us at info@q-manager.com Q- How do I get an invoice against ‘C’ form? We need either ‘C’ form in advance or security equal to difference of tax. Q- What are the hours of operation (Corporate Office)? Our business operating hours are from 10am to 6pm Monday-Saturday except public holidays.  Return/Replacement/Cancellation Q- Do your products come with guarantee/warranty details? We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction, quality, support, security and value for money. Every product is original and comes with one year warranty manufacturer against manufacturing defects. Q- What should I do if I got a wrong product delivered at my place? In case you receive a wrong product, we make a request to report your issue to our customer Service department within the 7 days of receiving your order. They will get back to you and will arrange reverse pickup within 3-5 working days. Q- What should I do if I got a defective product/material/workmanship? All products manufactured by IQ Enterprises are inspected before shipment. But, in case you receive a faulty product/material/workmanship, you can contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange reverse pickup within 3-5 working days and inspect the product thoroughly. If the product is found to be defective, we will repair or replace the product or can refund the amount, as per your request. Q- Do I need to make the reverse pick up payment to return my product? In case we are arranging the reverse pick up for your product, there is no need to pay any amount. Simply call our Customer Service department so they can authorize the return at our expenses. Q- Can I return the goods after receipt/delivery to me? Once sold, we don’t accept product returns. Q- What should I do if I want to cancel the order? In case you wish to cancel the order placed, you can drop a mail or call us to report the concern any time before the shipping of your item. After receiving your cancellation request, we will cancel the order and initiate your refund. Additionally, order cancellation will lead to forfeited customization charges, if any.
