  3. INTRODUCTION • I am not afraid: • That I will lose my salvation. • That my wife will betray me. • That my kids will cast me off in old age. • That I will Die. • Of Hurricane Charley. • That my cupboard will run dry.

  4. WHAT PAUL DID FEAR: • 1. That the simplicity of the message might be complicated by the devil. (II Cor. 11:3) • 2. That the Saints would slip into sin. (II Cor. 12:20) • 3. That self would get the upper hand. (Rom. 7:15 - 17) • 4. That he would end up on a shelf. (I Cor. 9:27)
