  1. Dagdag na slides sa diarrhea module implementation Problems encountered

  2. Problems encountered • The training was scheduled after lunch and went straight for at least 3 hours, which may have been most convenient. • However, some regard this time as siesta time. • 3 straight hours may be too long for anyone’s attention span. • The content of the module may be best retained if training is to be done on consecutive days with shorter times allotted.

  3. Problems encountered • The place where the training was facilitated was in the respective barangay health centers. • Health centers are not conducive to training. • Available space does not maximize discussions. • External noise from school children and/or jeepneys/tricycles provide distractions. • Training may be best facilitated in a place more conducive for it.

  4. Problems encountered • The module videos and test papers were not favorable to those with visual acuity problems. • Laptop screens may be too small for groups of >3 BHWs. • Test question font size was still too small for some BHWs. Also, some questions had options which were constructed too long such that these were sometimes overlooked. • Videos projected to bigger screens may be suggested. Special exam papers may also be printed for those with reading problems. Test options/choices should also be kept short.
