Examination of Gö6976 and PU-H71 on HIF-1a expression in MDA-MB-231 and A549 cells

This study investigates the impact of Gö6976 and PU-H71 on HIF-1a expression in MDA-MB-231 and A549 cell lines. The cells were treated with Gö6976 (3.5 µM) and analyzed for fold induction of HIF-1a using 3xkB-luc assay. The study also evaluated PKD2-wt expression levels in response to the treatments.
