  2. Instagramis one of the most popular social media platforms. The feed is full of engaging videos, photos, and stories. It’s the best way to while away the time while engaging in connecting with people. People mostly prefer to share photos on Instagram but you can post a story to the feed as well. The Instagram posts, however, have to follow, some dimensional guidelines. This is to make sure that the Instagram post dimensions are delivered in a quality way. The first and foremost component is the story size. The perfect story for an Instagram post is of the dimension 1080px X1920 px. That means that the ratio of width and height of your photo should be in the ratio of 9:16.

  3. Further, the minimum resolution of the story should be 600X1067. You can keep the image size is 30 MB and the size of the post not to exceed 4GB. As for videos, the video format should be MP4. The preferred video dimension should be 864px wide and 1080Px in height. This is to make sure that the quality and look of the video is as per the proper feed size. You have to take care of the duration of the videos as well. A standard video does not exceed 60 seconds but there is no limitation to that. To make your post interesting keep it short and simple. Insert the related photos and text to make the story more engaging. Keep in mind that your followers might not have a whole lot of time to go through your posts if they are lengthy.
