  10. missed weekly sessions How do I make up missed Sunday Sessions? The expectation is that apart from sickness or family emergencies each confirmand will participate in Weekly Sessions. In case of emergencies which will result in absence, please call the Youth Office and leave a message at 404.872.9613 x223.In instances of absence, Confirmands are expected to contact their Friend in Faith and schedule a time to work through the missed session by listening to the audio provided at haygoodumc.org and engaging the anti-workbook and Bible. We are counting on the Honor policy because we believe the point is engagement and exploration, not grades or assessments.

  11. Other Details Registration includes a completed registration and $250 made out to Haygood UMC. Please contact Matt if this payment would prohibit your child’s participation in Confirmation at this time. Potential Mentors can be recruited by individual families or you can include their name on your registration form and Haygood Staff will contact them with the opportunity. The Confirmation Retreat is a non-negotiable component of the process as it cannot be duplicated and is crucial to preparation for Confirmation.
