The active fill plan was to continue disposal activities northward. Recycle-X was temporarily relocated west of its original location along the northeast area of Canyon 3C while a new horizontal landfill gas line was installed. Photo #3 was taken looking west. AEG was on-site excavating intermediate cover and fill to approximately three feet below ground surface to install a horizontal landfill gas line that would run north and south along Canyon 3C.
