  2. 新主題,新問題,新原則(一)流程之改變(1) 心室纖維顫動(VF)無脈心室頻脈( Pulseless VT): 1). 連續三次電擊,氣管插管,建立靜脈管道 2). Vasopressin 40 u, 單次靜脈推注, 或 Epinephrine 1 mg 靜脈推注 3). 電擊, 4). 藥物: Amiodarone, Procainamide(IIb). Lidocaine(Ind)

  8. 新主題,新問題,新原則(二) 藥物之改變(2) ※Amiodarone: (ARREST 研究) ＊治療心室顫動或無脈心室頻脈, 優於 Lidocaine. ＊心室顫動~300mg/20ml/靜脈推注, 其後 1mg/分/滴注/6小時, 減為 0.5mg/分/滴注/18小時 最大劑量:2g/日　　　　　

  9. 新主題,新問題,新原則(二) 藥物之改變(3) ※Amiodarone: (ARREST 研究) ＊有脈心室頻脈:~150 mg/20ml/靜脈推注, 其後 1mg/分/滴注/6小時, 減為 0.5mg/分/滴注/18小時 最大劑量:2g/日

  11. 新主題,新問題,新原則(二) 藥物之改變(5) ※Amiodarone 副作用： 　血壓下降(16%) 緩脈(4/9%) Torsades de pointes. 甲狀腺機能障礙 　肺纖維化/成人呼吸窘迫症
