Empowering Lone Parents through Training and Support at Possibilities NI

Established in 2008 and owned by the lone parent charity Gingerbread NI, Possibilities NI specializes in training programs, particularly for lone parents, funded through government contracts such as Marks and Spencer. We also provide coaching and mentoring training for private companies. As part of the Restart project, we coordinate partnerships to share best practices across the EU, leveraging our extensive experience in employment and training support to improve outcomes for our clients. Why are we involved in Restart? • We are the trading company of the lone parent support organisation who developed the Restart Programme • We have extensive experience of training and employment support programmes • We would like to share this experience throughout the EU and improve our own best practice in working with our client group
