PROCESO DE ELABORACIÓN DE ANÁLISIS DE RIESGO DE PLAGAS Ingresa solicitud de ARP a SENASICA INTERESADO INICIO 10 días • Recibe solicitud de ARP, gestiona la información técnica al país exportador y contesta al interesado DGSV-DRF PAIS EXPORTADOR Variable • Recibe solicitud, prepara expediente y lo envía a México DGSV-DRF Recibe expediente, consulta al interesado la vía de atención (CONACOFI o DGSV) 5 días • Recibe comunicado, elige vía y comunica a SENASICA INTERESADO Variable DGSV-DRF • Recibe comunicado y turna expediente según elección de interesado 5 días VÍA CONACOFI VÍA DGSV DGSV-CNRF Variable • Recibe expediente, elabora ARP y turna a DGSV-CNRF • Recibe expediente, elabora ARP y turna a DGSV-DRF CONACOFI ¿90? días • Recibe ARP, analiza y turna ARP validado a DGSV-DRF DGSV-CNRF 15 días

  2. 15 días • Recibe ARP, establece y envía requisitos a SE para apertura de periodo de consulta pública DGSV-DRF SE 10 días • Recibe solicitud, establece periodo y lo comunica a SENASICA Recibe notificación de periodo, publica en página SENASICA. DGSV-DRF 1 día Consulta Pública 60 días 45 días • Analiza los comentarios recibidos, determina las modificaciones. DGSV-DRF Incorpora los requisitos al Módulo Fin de procedimiento
