These standard adoptions helps to expand the market share with interoperable products, assure the performance and quality of the product and simplify development using specific guidelines. It has also developed teaching materials on the standardization. There are textbooks by ETSI, compiled with the support of the European Commission and the EFTA Secretariat. Thus, proving to be a helping hand in educating people about the standardization.
