Healthy nutrition and portion size, preventing diabetes, supporting health of babies with breastfeeding. • Be Active. Physical activity emphasizing 150 minutes of walking per week in 10-30 minute intervals at minimum. • Be Safe. Safety at work, home, and all activities.
