  2. CAMPING HOLIDAY Camping holidays are a popular option for the environment- and budget-conscious holidaymaker and a family camping holiday gives everyone the chance to get close to nature and really explore the outdoors. Many campsites offer the option of tenting, mobile homes or chalet accommodation, as well as activities and children's clubs so holidaymakers can enjoy some home comforts while having a break from city life on their camping holiday.

  3. ADVENTURE HOLIDAY • An adventure holiday may involve physical challenges and activities such as rafting, cycling or climbing but it can also encompass cultural adventures such as travelling by public transport in remote or undeveloped destinations.

  4. BEACH HOLIDAYS Beach holidays are still an incredibly popular choice of break. We all crave our annual fix of sun, sea and sand as beach holidays bring back happy childhood memories of sandcastles and ice-cream. Whether your favourite beach is in Devon, Spain or the Caribbean, beach holidays mean relaxation and fun in the sun.

  5. FAMILY HOLIDAYS A carefully-planned city break can be a great family holiday. It can include plenty of fun trips to child-friendly museums, zoos and aquariums, as well as enjoying public parks and be an enjoyable experience for children and adults alike. London, Barcelona and San Diego are all cities packed with excellent attractions for families and great for a family holiday.

  6. SIGHTSEEING HOLIDAYS Sightseeing holidays are not all about trudging around in groups looking at statues and monuments or taking a bus around a city listening to a pre-recorded tape about the local points of interest. Our walking holidays that are classified as ‘Sightseeing’ are those that have itineraries with special historical or sightseeing interest.  Often in towns or cities, these holidays usually involve lower grade, easier walking and allow free leisure time if you want it.

  7. SKI HOLIDAYS • Many people are now enjoying ski holidays. Below, you will find links from the top suppliers in the ski travel industry. There are holidays from tour operators who sell all types of holiday. You will also find links from ski specialists. If you feel too limited we have included two build your own sections, the first with tour operators who allow you to choose the elements of your trip and secondly a selection of accommodation, transport and holiday extras providers that will enable you to build your own trip.
