Event Requirements and Requests for Peace Presentation

For the upcoming event featuring Peace, please note the following requests: Provide a wireless microphone (headset or lapel), and have a podium ready for Peace’s materials. An LCD projector and laptop are required for PowerPoint presentations. Peace will bring the presentation on a flash drive. Please ensure 2-3 bottles of water are available, and if meals are served, preferences are chicken or seafood. Designate someone to record the presentation; a camera and tripod can be provided upon request. Contact us at bookings@peaceamadi.com for any questions or challenges.

  1. Event Rider Please note the following requests. Microphone Please provide a wireless microphone, headset microphone, or lapel microphone for Peace. Podium Please have a podium available for Peace’s items LCD Projector Please be prepared to provide an LCD projector and laptop for powerpoint presentations. Peace brings presentations on a flash drive. Water Please provide 2-3 bottles of water Meals If food will be served, preferences include chicken or seafood Products Video Please designate an individual to record the presentation. A camera and tripod can be provided upon request. To help the event run smoothly, please try and accommodate the above requests.
