CMPI a b c Paciente de 71 años con ictericia y dolor en hipocondrio derecho. Corte ecográfico (a) en el que se ve una dilatación del colédoco (flecha). En los cortes coronal (b) y sagital oblicuo (c) de TC se evidencia una dilatación de la vía biliar intra y extrahepática (flechas blancas) y una masa quística polilobulada en la cabeza del páncreas (flecha amarilla). Dichos hallazgos se confirmaron en la colangioRM (d). El diagnóstico postoperatorio fue de carcinoma mucinoso papilar intraductal multifocal. d
