  4. On the First Day… • Log on to the course. • Be sure you understand the policies and assignments.

  5. General Guidelines • Complete and submit all assignments • Follow directions • Due dates • Acceptable Use Policy • Ask questions!!!

  6. Time Management Tips • Learn the online environment • Manage your time!!! • Reference pages • Deadlines • Ask if you need help!!!

  7. Preparation Tips • Think before you send. • Different from verbal • Be thoughtful! • USE UPPER AND LOWER CASE!!! • Participate in class discussions. • Act as if you are in a regular classroom.
