  3. Who in the room has a job? • Are you getting paid the minimum wage? • Are you getting a holiday entitlement? • What happens when you are unwell and can’t go to work? • Are your Basic rights being met?

  4. Basic rights - Money • National Minimum Wage • Sick leave & pay • Holiday leave & pay • Agency workers rights • Agricultural workers rights

  5. Basic Rights- Safety and wellbeing • Statement of your main terms and conditions of employment • Protection against unfair dismissal • Protection from discrimination • A safe and healthy working environment • Work no more than 48 hours a week (less if you are under 18)
