  1. Dwarka is a neighborhood of Delhi. It is one of the fastest growing cities in NCR. It is because of all the strong infrastructure and amenities in the city. The city hosts beautiful parks and cultural traditions. The second diplomatic enclave is planned in Dwarka for 39 countries on 34 hectares. Dwarka is developing as a smart city under Delhi Development Authority. According to the master plan Delhi 2021 , 15 new zones are coming up in the city. Among these 15 zones, 6 zones are on the policy of land pooling and other six zones will be developed near the boundaries of Delhi and L-zone will be developed near Dwarka. .DDA is working on the master plan in L-zone. There is a number of the home project are underway in Delhi, and the important one is lzone projects. Housing in L-zone area will be near to IGI airport. Delhi smart cities l zone project will give rise to residential as well as commercial sector. As these project will bring lots of new development in this zone. The government is coming with this project to provide middle class a luxury residential property in the heart of India. DDA smart cities project in L zone will bring you closer to Dwarka, Gurgaon, and south Delhi. Dwarka smart cities provide their client's world class residential in Delhi. A world class luxurious living provides all facilities connected to the capital city. With the rise of Real Estate sector in L- Zone Delhi the city is going to develop very fast. L- Zone near you international airport will give real estate sector a major push.
