  2. Answer the questions: • What effect did the music make on you? • What were you dreaming about? • What kind of music did you `hear` if any? • Is it the type of music you usually listen to or not?

  3. Discussion (part 1) • What is your favourite sort of music? • Where do you tend to listen to music? • Do you like having background music while you are working? • Do you have an ear for music? • Have your musical tastes changed since you were younger? If so, in what way?

  4. Discussion (part 2) • Do the people you live with and your close friends share the same tastes in music as you? • Can certain types of music be harmful? • Does music heal? • You listen to different songs a lot. Most of them are in English. Does it help you with your English?

  5. Answer the questions: • Who is singing? • What is the singer singing about? • How can you characterise the music? • Do you like the song? Why/Why not? • Have you heard it before? • Do you know any other songs by Elvis Presley?
