  4. In The first 2 weeks.. • Sterilization • Guidelines • Pharmacy order • Instruments and equipments • One sterilizer

  5. The Beginning • No surgeries for 5 months • First surgery, Oct 10th, 3 unorgainzed, traumatizing (to the staff) surgeries in 24 hours. • No OT nurse, no light, no midwife to take care of the newborn, nothing butpanic.

  6. Aweilimprove !! • 2 Sterilizers, 3 cleaners, water supply, lighting, electricity supply, Oxygen concentrator, baby warmer. • OT 2

  7. OT nurse arrived!!!

  8. If I can, I will stay…….

  9. 39 anaesthesias were done in the OT • 7 baby died • 1 patient died because no blood available • 2 anaest. for eye surgeries were done, assisted another NGO from Germany

  10. Out of the OT • Sedation • Central line insertion • Change dressing • Food box

  11. Rise our head.. to see the Rainbowjust above…..
