BFA inhibition of hypocotyl elongation was suppressed under enhanced expression of PLDz2 (left panel), supported by statistical analysis (right panel). Seedlings (n>30) of WT control, pldz2 and PLDz2-overexpressing plants (LO11, LO19) were grown on media in presence or absence of BFA (10 mM) for 7 days under darkness. Bar=2 mm.
