  3. State Veterans Homes • Humboldt Murfreesboro and Knoxville • Next one in Clarksville • Plans for one in Cleveland and Memphis • Advantages: Cost , Patient to Staff Ratio, Federal Per Diem

  4. Hunting and Fishing License • 30% SC Disability from a War time period of Service • Letter from VA • One time $10 fee good for life • Non veterans can get the same privilege at age 65

  5. Tennessee Fallen Heroes Medal • Presented to the families of veterans Killed in Action • Presented by Governor or Designee
