  1. Ramona Maharaj Grad Student from the City of Hamilton Ramona Maharaj is a graduate student studying in Fort Lauderdale from the City of Hamilton. She wanted to continue her education in English so that she can continue to shape her writing craft and gain a better understanding of contemporary literature from all cultures around the world. Maharaj wants to work as an English professor one day and teaches entry-level students as a part of her graduate program.

  2. Ramona Maharaj English Student from the City of Hamilton Ramona Maharaj is a graduate student from the City of Hamilton. Her major is English, and she is hard at work on her master’s thesis on contemporary American literature. Maharaj hopes to become an English professor and professional writer after she graduates and plans to write both personal nonfiction and short stories. Right now, she is focused on her studies and on connecting with professors and students in her cohort.

She currently lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she hopes to start a budding academic and literary career. She wants to use her advanced degree, when she earns it, to teach English students at the college level while also contributing to the conversation of contemporary fiction and non-fiction.

Maharaj has been extremely busy studying and writing about contemporary American literature while teaching English 101 students as a part of her student aid package. She hopes that the skills she has been developing will lead her to a promising career.
