One river park is next to our 300' of river frontage on our lots across the street- which are for your use - and the other park is a five-minute walk.

Be sure to go to the grocery store before you arrive because it's a 10-minute drive back to it. You'll have access to a washer and dryer within the complex. It's directly below your condo.
