  4. APLASTIC ANEMIA TREATMENT Patient’s Name: Age: Height: Weight: R/ 1. Horse Antithymocyte Globulin OR Rabbit Antithymocyte Globulin 20 mg/Kg/day I.V. for 4 days 3.5 mg/Kg/day I.V. for 5 days = mg/day for 4 days = mg/day for 5 days 2. Cyclosporine A 15 mg/Kg/day P.O. divided to 2 doses for 6 months = mg bid X 6 months ============================================================ ATG (4-5 days)  Prednisolone 1mg/kg (day 6 -14)  Cyclosporine A (6 months)
