  2. Why not using Laboratory Domain? “The HL7 Laboratory domain includes the provision and use of analytic services in areas such as chemistry, hematology, serology, histology, cytology, anatomic pathology, microbiology, and virology. It does not include blood bank or blood transfusion services.”
