  16. DIU Forum and Blog Forum and Blog of DIU are popular discussion groups in the university. Students use them for different purposes. Discussion forum has several benefits: • Ensures social presence • Increases interaction between students, teachers and administration • Supports cognitive strategies • supports collaborative learning etc

  17. DIU Website http://www.daffodilvarsity.edu.bd DIU Website provides almost all information of the university activities. According to recent Webomatrics ranking, it is the second best website of the private universities in Bangladesh considering size (presence), visibility (impact), rich files (openness) and scholar (excellence).

Looking Forward Considering socio-economic condition of the country (per capita income of US$ 850) and network readiness index of the country (73 out of 75 countries, Turkey 41, USA 1), DIU’s achievements in ICT for university administration is praiseworthy. The university authority is working relentlessly to improve it further with a goal of turning the university into a Digital University.
