  4. 100 % Sorting Inspection • 100% sorting inspection service can make sure that each part of finished products meets specified quality requirements. Pre-Production Inspection • This process is carried out at the beginning or pilot run of the production line and is based on the customer's specifications and reference sample (if available). • The Pre-production inspection includes checking the key components and materials, monitoring the assembly process and the first production set up, product check for the function, specification, appearance, accessories and packing condition.  • The Pre-production inspection is to find out all the potential defects in the products and solve the problems before the mass production starts 8/16/2014 Focus Tech Solutions 5

Final Inspection • Final pre-shipment inspection is carried out when the component is fully produced, packed and in all respects ready for shipment (when the shipment is urgent and agreed by the customer. • The final pre-shipment inspection also will be carried out when at least 80% of the parts ordered are packed. This is a sampling inspection and the samples are selected at random, according to sampling standards and procedures. • The final pre-shipment inspection ensures that the production is in accordance with the specifications, purchase orders. 8/16/2014 Focus Tech Solutions 8

  10. CSL-1,CSL-2 • Controlled Shipping, also known as Restricted Shipping, is a process applied when a supplier has shipped nonconforming products to their customer. The standard for nonconforming parts is generally no more than 50 PPM (parts per million) that are nonconforming or deemed to have one or more defects. Some customers require no more than 15 PPM and some suppliers achieve 0 PPM on a regular basis. • Controlled Shipping or Restricted Shipping requires that the supplier immediately put in place a redundant inspection process to sort for nonconforming product/material, while implementing a root-cause problem solving process. Customer Quality Representative Your CQR will perform the following on your behalf: • Make regular visits to your customers in their area and may also be used to assist with your suppliers' product quality performance. The CQR is responsible for resolving customer quality issues and acts as a liaison with your own plant quality control and manufacturing operations to resolve quality issues. • Analyze issues and make recommendations as to root cause and irreversible corrective actions. • Familiarize customers and/or supplier quality control and inspection personnel with gauging and inspection techniques and product specifications. • Organize and supervise on-site inspection and sorting operations at customer plants. 8/16/2014 Focus Tech Solutions 11
