The Transition of Leadership: Moshe's Last Days and Joshua's Rise

As Moshe was not allowed to enter Israel, Hashem took him to the summit of Mount Nebo, where he gazed upon the Promised Land. Moshe passed away on his 120th birthday, the 7th of Adar, and no one knows his burial place in Moab. The Israelites mourned his loss, and needed new leadership. Joshua, one of the twelve spies who offered a positive report about Israel, emerged as the new leader. He courageously led the Israelites into their new homeland, ensuring Moshe's legacy continued through this pivotal moment.
