  1. Memorial Stadium Complex Renovation • Expand and remodel press box, dressing facility • Add 1,000 additional seats • Expand parking • Additional tennis courts, • bleachers and dressing • Baseball field restrooms, • bleachers, concessions • resurface track • & press box

  2. Klein Forest High School • Athletic addition • Includes renovation of existing spaces and expansion to address weight room, locker room, coaches’ offices, athletic training facility

  3. Schindewolf Intermediate School • Athletic addition 4000 SF • Doubles the size of the locker rooms adding lockers and storage
