7. Preparing for the AG Visit Contact Club President 2-3 weeks in advance of your visit What will your visit cover Speaking time on the program Review the Area Visit Form (p 15-18) and on-line Send copy in advance Bring paper copy

8. The Visit Prepare • Confirm visit • Paper copy of report • Area Governor comments • Announcements Arrive early Participate with professionalism

9. After the AG Visit Complete the AG Club Visit report on-line Report immediately following the club visit Schedule official visits to be earlier than later Reports reviewed by District Team Help identify areas needing assistance  Deadline for reports: • November 30 and May 31

10. The Report President, VP Ed and VP Membership contribute Be thorough Ask probing questions to encourage response Identify strengths Identify areas that need attention Offer to conduct Moments of Truth
