  3. Schoolnet Toolbar All Group Plans start from the Classrooms module Group Plans: Attendance Student Discipline Literacy Individual Plans: Behavioral Health All other interventions tasks use the Interventions module; Individual Plans, View plans, Edit plans, Complete tasks, etc

  4. Roles Plan Creator – The user who opens the plan online Case manager – The user assigned to manage the plan; the owner of the plan (the Plan Creator is set as the default) RtI Coordinator – The RtII Champion Team member – Any teacher that needs to be part of the group plan; allowed to view plan Intervention provider – The team member that provides the intervention to the group; allowed to enter intervention data Progress Monitor – The team member that evaluates the success of the intervention provided to the group; allowed to enter Progress monitor information

  6. Counselor/Champion Dashboard Behavioral health plan without a trigger Students who are eligible for individual plans and their triggers

  7. Interventions Interventions are separated by where they are delivered; not all interventions need to be selected Classroom based – delivered by the rostered classroom teacher School Based – delivered by school staff Community Based – delivered by community organization

  10. RtII – Individual Plan Select a progress monitor for the plan Expand an area of concern by clicking on the “+”

  11. RtII – Individual Plan Select Classroom based, School Based ot Community Based Interventions Not all need to be selected School based and Community Based, ask for time required to setup Then click “Assign”

  13. RtII – Individual Plan Take Attendance at the initial meeting Note if parent was contacted. Click Activate Plan

  14. RtII– Task / Progress Monitoring •Click on the Interventions module •Choose My Tasks •Choose a task to complete •Enter intervention data

  15. RtII– Task / Progress Monitoring •Select the upcoming Monitoring task •Evaluate the success of the intervention

  16. RtII – Close Plan To Close a Plan – •View a Plan •Discontinue interventions •Select Close Plan •Provide a reason for both the intervention and plan

  17. Create Group Plans

  18. RtII Plan Creating Level 2/3 Group Plans From the “Classrooms” module, choose the Student Analysis tab. From the list of reports, select Early Warning Indicator Columns.

  19. RtII Plan • Use the list of students identified for intervention(s) • Click the check box of students to be assigned to the same intervention group plan • Click the “Assign Interventions” Button (top or bottom of list)

RtII – Team Setup •Provide “Group Plan” name StaffLastName_Intervention_Subject/Period_RtII Level •Verify students for plan •Select “Areas of Eligibility” •The plan creator is the default Case Manager. Do not change this. To select a different case manager, use a different plan creator. •Choose team members. •Add Team Members.

  25. RtII - IMS • Schoolnet will upgrade the Interventions module on a regular basis: • To better suit the needs of the district • To accommodate user suggestions Possible future enhancements: Improved graphs, parent access, better reports
