  13. IN CHRIST ALONE In Christ alone my hope is found, He is my light, my strength, my song. This cornerstone, this solid ground, Firm through the fiercest drought and storm. What heights of love, what depths of peace, When fears are stilled, when strivings cease! My Comforter, my All in All, Here in the love of Christ I stand.

  14. In Christ alone, who took on flesh, Fullness of God in helpless babe! This gift of love and righteousness, Scorned by the ones He came to save. Till on that cross as Jesus died, The wrath of God was satisfied. For ev’ry sin on Him was laid; Here in the death of Christ I live.

  15. There in the ground His body lay, Light of the world by darkness slain. Then bursting forth in glorious day, Up from the grave He rose again! And as He stands in victory, Sin's curse has lost its grip on me, For I am His and He is mine, Bought with the precious blood of Christ.

  16. No guilt in life, no fear in death; This is the pow’r of Christ in me. From life's first cry to final breath, Jesus commands my destiny. No pow’r of hell, no scheme of man, Can ever pluck me from His hand, Till He returns or calls me home; Here in the pow’r of Christ I'll stand. Here in the pow’r of Christ I'll stand!

  17. COMMUNION

  18. AMAZING LOVE I’m forgiven because You were forsaken, I’m accepted, You were condemned. I’m alive and well, Your Spirit is within me, Because You died and rose again.(Repeat x2)

  19. Amazing love, How can it be? That You, my King, would die for me? Amazing love, I know it’s true. It’s my joy to honor You; In all I do, I honor You.

  20. You are my King, You are my King. Jesus, You are my King. Jesus, You are my King.

  21. CREATE IN ME A CLEAN HEART Create in me a clean heart, O God, And renew a right spirit within me. (Repeat) Cast me not away From Thy presence, O Lord, And take not Thy Holy Spirit from me. Restore unto me The joy of Thy salvation, And renew a right spirit within me.

  22. Sermon Title:“TWO CAN PLAY AT THAT GAME” By: Pastor Dan

  23. In the new psychological approach to marriage, one's primary obligation was not to one's family but to one's self; hence, marital success was defined not by successfully meeting obligations to one's spouse and children but by a strong sense of subjective happiness in marriage. Dr. Brad Wilcox, University of Virginia

  24. Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ. Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior. Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything. Eph 5:22-24

  25. How We Sin Men - lust and gluttony, sloth and anger, pride and envy were last. Women - pride, envy, followed by anger Pride and envy are controlling sins at best, but when they are a part of a power struggle they become particularly evil. These were Sarah’s sins.

  26. Path to Hell Power and Selfishness Manipulation and Control Brokenness and abuse Separation and death Man’s Wisdom Abraham Sarah Hagar, Ishmael, Isaac Family broken up

  27. Who is wise and understanding among you? Let them show it by their good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom. But if you harbor bitter envy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast about it or deny the truth. Such “wisdom” does not come down from heaven but is earthly, unspiritual, demonic. For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice. But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.Peacemakers who sow in peace reap a harvest of righteousness. JAMES 3:13-17
