What is WhatsApp Messenger? • WhatsApp Messenger is a cross-platform mobile messenger that replaces SMS and works through the existing internet data plan of your device. • WhatsApp is available for iPhone, BlackBerry, Android and Nokia Symbian60 phones, however I’ll be focusing on iPhone and BlackBerry due to it’s popularity among everyone. • Because WhatsApp Messenger uses the same internet data plan that you use for email and web browsing, there is no cost to message and stay in touch with your friends
Who Created ? Two guys had spent around 20 years surfing and socializing at Yahoo! Inc. founded WhatsApp. Their identity is still remained as anonymous.

iPhone + Advantages - Disadvantages Non removable battery, which can be a huge problem when you will be out with friends/family because you won’t be able to borrow their battery. You can’t upgrade the I-phone memory. Limited service provider options No MMS and Instant Messaging, you can’t receive nor send from any other devices any multimedia or text for free, it’s very limited to its own. You have to download and extra App that ease your sharing. iBerry How to install it?
WhatsAppBlackBerry First Step is to search for it through App World which is available in all Blackberry devices.
2 After searching for it make sure you choose the FREE version of WhatsApp and start downloading!
3 When you click on download, it will automatically take you to this page. It shows the downloading progress.

After accepting the terms and conditions, it is required to type your mobile number so you can be registered in the system 6
7 After you input your phone number, you will be getting an SMS verification.
8 In case you didn’t get an SMS verification, don’t worry. You will be getting instead a Voice Verification with the code required.
9 Well Done! Now you are an OfficialWhatsApp User!
Start using it ! First of all, go to Settings and start configuring your preference of options.
After setting up your WhatsApp, you can start exploring it. Maybe start with changing/choosing your status.
You can now start chatting with your friends and look for them in your FAV list!
Don’t forget that you can assign for each contact a picture, which makes them easily distinguished among all. Just visit their profile and start adding some!
You can also save time whenever you chat, you can add home icon. So whenever you want to chat with him/her you can find them on your home page. This will take you directly to their chat window.
Broadcast to whatever/whoever you want to and create your own group.
WhatsAppiPhone First, you can purchase WhatsApp through iTunes stores it only costs$0.99 a year (almost free). Or visit the websitewhich will take you directly to the store.
1 You can always have another way of downloading it for free, but it’s considered illegal and unsafe, So a better choice would be purchasing it through App store.

Start using it ! You will get this notification after step 4. this means you are in the right track and now start with the setting.
In chat settings you can change your displayed name, choose a wallpaper, font size, and block any number you don’t want to stay in contact with.
Now you can see who is using WhatsApp. You can type the 1st initial of the person’s letter or their name in the search tag or just scroll down the list.
Group chat is always fun, you can create your own here and chat/share with the ones you want to. You can add your own participants every time you tap
